Follow Steps To Know How To Make Png in Picsart :
1. Firstly You Needs To Download- Picsart App & Phonto App
2. Now Open picsart and Go To chose >> Draw >> Blank
3. Now you you that 2 layers is appear white and transparent. Delete White Layer and Select Transparent Layer.
4. Now Just Click on Save and Save This Transparent Layer To Your SD Card.
5. Now Open Phonto App and Select your Transparent Layer In Phonto App.
6. Now on Draw Pencil and Write Your Name and make your own name logo.
Just manage your png according to you manage your png by giving special touch like shadow and other which is in phonto just make something different hope you successfully make an awesome png for your photo editing.
